We use Royal Mail as our primary carrier.

For shipments to countries outside the UK, we may elect to use a carrier other than Royal Mail, depending on which offers the most reliable service and customs clearance to a specific destination. 

No charge for shipping to one address. Please allow 7-10 business days. 

Please keep in mind that shipping time does not represent your actual delivery date. Your delivery date will depend on the additional delivery time required by the shipping method you have selected. If we receive an unusual volume of orders on a particular item, this item may go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. In this case we will notify you personally with the new shipping date and you can choose to wait or select a different item. 

We will notify you personally in case of any delays from the stated shipping time. Custom made products and alternate metals may cause a delay in your shipping time.  

Orders placed during our summer holiday (July 1 through July 14th) or during Christmas time (December 26th through January 5th) may be delayed for up to two weeks, and we will notify you of the new shipping time.

If you have any particular date your item has to be delivered by, please submit it in "Add Comments About Your Order" and we will contact you only in case we will not be able to meet the deadline.
